| Monday to Friday - Guaranteed Same Day Delivery (Excluding Public Holidays) |
- Within our RapidFlowers Delivery Network, we offer a free* delivery service to MOST business addresses by 5:00pm and MOST residential addresses by 6:00pm. Should a specific time delivery outside these parameters (e.g. by 2pm delivery) be required, the order will be sent on a priority service and may be charged at the customer’s expense. Our representative may also contact you to notify of the additional charges required for your timed delivery request.
- GENERALLY, your order must be placed by 2:00am on the desired day of delivery in order for it to be sent on our free* delivery service. NOTE: Conditions may apply for this as it largely depends on the distance of your desired delivery location.
- It is often possible for RapidFlowers to still offer same day delivery for orders placed after 2:00am, especially if the destination is within close proximity to our nearest location to the point of delivery. Please be mindful that additional charges may apply depending on the time of day your order is placed and/or depending on the distance to which you require this particular delivery.

| WEEKEND DELIVERIES |

| Saturday Deliveries |
| Although we will try our very best to deliver according to your time request on Saturday, we cannot guarantee any specific timed deliveries on this day. All deliveries will be securely delivered up to 7:00pm. For same day delivery, all orders must be placed before 10am on Saturday. |

| Sunday Deliveries |
| Delivery on Sunday is only available for some limited area in Melbourne Metro. RapidFlowers apologises for any inconvenience. |

| Online orders placed on Saturday and Sunday |
| ALL orders placed after 12pm on Saturday and at any time of day on Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning. Any specific information about your delivery will be forwarded to you at that time. When ordering online, please clearly indicate any specific delivery requests in the ‘Special Requirements’ field on the order page. |

| Public Holiday Deliveries |
| RapidFlowers stores are generally closed on Public Holidays but some deliveries may be available. Please be advised that delivery restrictions within our RapidFlowers Delivery Network may vary between States on public holidays. A minimum surcharge of $10.00 may apply and specific timed deliveries may also be unavailable on these days. If you place an order for an area to which we are not servicing on a public holiday, a RapidFlowers representative will contact you to notify you of any restrictions and to discuss alternative delivery arrangements. |
