Delivery Policy
To most metro areas, rapid flowers are being delivered on a free delivery service. Delivery is made by 6:00 pm to residential addresses and by 5:00 pm to business addresses. However an order must be placed by 2:00 am if you want the deliverables to reach their destination on the very same day. Major features of our services include:-
- Delivery is made on the same day of placing order
- Flowers are being delivered on weekends as well
- Feel free to place your orders even on Saturday and Sunday
- Feel free to place your orders even on Saturday and Sunday
- We are open to receiving your orders on Public Holidays as well
- International deliveries – no problem as we do accommodate international deliveries as well
Free delivery service is offered by Rapid Flowers to most of the areas which falls within our delivery network.
Same day delivery is guaranteed from Monday to Friday (Except Public Holidays)
- Our delivery service is free to MOST residential addresses by 6:00 pm and to MOST business addresses by 5:00 pm subject to the condition that the area should fall within Rapid Flowers Delivery Network. If however any customer requires a particular delivery to be made on a specific time other than the above mentioned timelines, order of the customer will be sent directly to our priority service and the customer is contacted by one of our representatives notifying any additional charges being incurred on meeting such time critical delivery request.
- Most importantly, if someone intends sending flowers using our free delivery service, such an order must be placed with us by 2:00 am on the day delivery is desired. However variation to this effect may occur depending on the distance of your delivery destination from our flower delivery center.
- It is still our utmost endeavor to accommodate our respectable customers even after the lapse of 2:00 am time limit for placing orders so that they could benefit from our ‘same day delivery’ offer but this is subject to the distance of our nearest delivery center to the required delivery destination. Additional charges may apply but then again nothing could be above that specific moment of joy when your loved ones receive those flowers meant for a particular occasion right on time.
INFORMATION REGARDING WEEKEND DELIVERIES
Deliveries for Saturday
We are open to receiving your orders on Saturdays. Though it will be our earnest endeavor to do so but we can’t guarantee meeting your time critical delivery requests on Saturday. Delivery of all orders is however ensured before 7:00 pm on Saturday. In order to ensure that the flowers reach their destination on the same day, all orders on Saturday must be placed before 12:00 am.
Deliveries for Sunday
Our delivery services are available only for some limited areas in Melbourne Metro. For inconvenience so caused we do apologize to our customers.
You can place online orders on Saturday and Sunday
Good news for our potential clients is that they may place their orders on Saturday and Sunday as well. All orders placed on Saturday after 12:00 pm and at any time of the day on Sunday is being processed on the following Monday morning along with any specific information about your delivery. In case of any specific delivery requests while ordering online please don’t forget to make a mention of it in the ‘Special Requirements’ field on the order page.
Information regarding Public Holiday Deliveries
Our stores are generally closed on these holidays therefore only limited services are being extended to our valued customers. Please be mindful of the fact that such delivery restrictions may also vary on Public Holidays in different states falling within our Delivery Network. Time critical deliveries may also not be available on all Public Holidays and an additional charge of minimum $10.00 may apply as well. In case you intend sending the flowers to an area where our services are not available on Public Holidays you will be reached by one of our representative to discuss substitute possibilities.
